I apologize for the delay, but this page is still under construction. And by under construction, I am referring to exactly what you see when you drive by the typical construction site at mid day: a lot of orange cones and nobody doing any work. In fact, since most road-side construction is done at night, there is not even a soul in sight. To further run with that parallel, here is some more text, designed to slow you down to a sensible speed. Remember, no speeding through work zones!

In the case of this site, the lines have not been painted yet because the road has not been steam-rolled. The road has not been steam-rolled yet because the tar has not been poured. The tar has not been poured yet because the there is no base material to support it (although judging by some of the potholes we find, you might wonder how much the proverbial 'they' actually worry about that). The base material has not been set yet because the brush has yet to be cleared. The brush has yet to be cleared because the engineer has yet to be told by the project manager where the road should go. The project manager has yet to do anything because he has yet to be told by the politician who allocated the funds exactly where the damn road is supposed to go.

I probably got the order of operations and directions for road construction partially or maybe even mostly wrong in my analogy, but it otherwise sums up exactly what this website is. It was bought by some damn politician who just thought it would be nice to build a road going through the wilderness, but he hasn't even figured out which wilderness to ruin just yet.
